Description:
Concrete repair works were undertaken to balcony structures at an educational facility at Eton College, addressing localised concrete deterioration, exposed aggregate, and areas of delamination caused by weathering and long-term moisture ingress. The project required careful attention to detail to ensure durability, structural integrity, and a clean, consistent finish in keeping with the existing architecture.

Defective concrete was carefully broken out to sound substrate, with exposed reinforcement inspected and treated where necessary. Repairs were rebuilt using high-performance repair mortars, reinstating the original profiles and ensuring long-term protection against further deterioration. Works were completed in a controlled manner to maintain safety and minimise disruption within the occupied site.
